Are you working towards a career in finance and need help navigating the industry? WCM’s Post-Secondary Mentorship Program pairs young women and gender-diverse students with a finance professional for a 6 month period. Monthly meetings can be held virtually or in person, and will allow mentees to discuss a wide range of topics that may include:

• A view into a career in finance; 
• A day in the life of an Analyst/ Associate etc.;
• Networking — building and maintaining a network, the etiquette of networking;
• Skill building for success;
• Navigating the interview and recruiting process.

WCM membership is required. Student membership costs $25/year.
