The UPEI campus community and members of the public are invited to attend a presentation on a recent study, Innovative Governance Structures to Support Indigenous Economic Growth, on Thursday, February 8, 2024, from 5:30–6:30 pm in the Kelley Memorial Building, Room 237.

The purpose of the study was to identify innovative governance structures to support Indigenous economic growth and development, and how they can be optimized for the benefit of communities, using nation-building approaches. The presentation is hosted by the Atlantic Policy Congress of First Nations Chiefs, the Atlantic Indigenous Economic Development Integrated Research Program (AIEDIRP), and UPEI.

Following the presentation by Googoo, there will be opportunities for questions, comments, sharing of ideas, and refreshments.
