An online workshop where UPEI students can reflect on how they manage conflict and learn strategies for conflict resolution. This is an important employment skill valued by employers. 

This workshop covers the following objectives and will provide students with practical tools and tips to improve their conflict management skills:

• Conflict styles
• Strategies to help engage with conflict constructively
• How to identify potential causes of conflict
