The festive event, which took place in the Faculty of Sustainable Design Engineering Building, featured piano and vocal performances by UPEI music professor Sung Ha Shin-Bouey and her daughter Michelle.

The levee at UPEI was one of several held across the province to celebrate the New Year. Attending levees on New Year’s Day continues to be a popular annual activity for Islanders.
