Dr. Michelle Evason presents a copy of Infectious Diseases of the Dog and Cat: A Color Handbook to Dean Greg Keefe while other contributors from AVC look on.

Dr. Michelle Evason, an associate professor of small animal internal medicine at AVC, has co-authored a new textbook, Infectious Diseases of the Dog and Cat: A Color Handbook, with Dr. Scott Weese, an infectious disease researcher and a professor in the Department of Pathobiology, Ontario Veterinary College. Dr. Evason recently presented AVC Dean Greg Keefe (centre) with a copy of the book. Looking on are contributors Dr. Gary Conboy (far left), Pathology and Microbiology; Rob DeWolfe (second from left), Veterinary Teaching Hospital; Dr. Jason Stull (second from right), Health Management, and Dr. Noel Clancey (far right), Pathology and Microbiology. The book includes all major small animal diseases and a clinically oriented quick reference guide. It has been deposited at the UPEI Robertson Library for the use of veterinary students.
