Calling UPEI 2007 Graduates!

| Alumni

UPEI alumni who graduated in 2007 with a bachelor's degree are invited to participate in the National Baccalaureate Graduate Outcomes Survey, which is being conducted by Mosaic Research Solutions, on behalf of a consortium of over 30 Canadian universities including the University of Prince Edward Island.

Emails were sent earlier this month to these graduates to invite them to participate. According to UPEI's institutional research officer, Dr. Yuqin Gong, she's pleased with the responses received so far but hopes that more individuals will complete the online survey before it closes on May 10.

'We want to reassure those who have received the invitation that UPEI is conducting the survey and that we appreciate those who have already completed it as it's of huge benefit to the University,' said Gong.

The survey provides information about the student's experience at UPEI, post-graduate involvement in the workforce and/or further education, as well as social and civic engagement. The information will help UPEI improve program quality, assessment, and accountability.

Responses will be held in strict confidence and will only be used in aggregated form for statistical purposes.

In appreciation for completing the questionnaire, graduates of 2007 will be automatically entered into a draw for a chance to win one of two Amazon.ca or UPEI Bookstore gift certificates valued at $250 each. This offer is exclusive to UPEI alumni only.

If 2007 graduates feel they haven't received the invitation or have questions related to UPEI's involvement in this survey and how the University intends to use the results, they can contact Dr. Yuqin Gong, institutional research officer, ygong@upei.ca or 902-566-0361.
