On Thursday October 18th at 6:00pm in the Quad in front of Main building at the University of Prince Edward Island, the UPEI Rainbow Alliance will be holding their third annual Candlelight Vigil Against Homophobia and Bullying. This event is to educate people, and remember those who have taken their lives, or had their lives taken, due to homophobia and other kinds of bullying.
