The University of Prince Edward Island community, and especially the UPEI Robertson Library, was saddened to learn of the recent death of UPEI Founder and retired librarian Franklin L. (“Frank”) Pigot. Flags in front of the Kelley Memorial Building have been lowered to half-mast in his memory.
