The UPEI Alumni and Friends St. John's Chapter is hosting a reception on Tuesday, May 16, from 5:30 to 7:30 at 58 Doran's Lane, Outer Cove, NL which is the home of UPEI Friend, Carolyn Dobbin Noseworthy.
