Fitness Training Classes and Programs

A number of fitness and training programs begin next week. Register now!

1. Specialty Fitness Classes - Pre-register before start date of class by visiting Panther Central desk at Sports Centre. Payment required to register. 6 Sessions. Fees: members $35 + hst/person/program, non-members $45 + hst/person/program.

Specialty Fitness Classes include:

  • Beginner Yoga - Mondays @ 4:30 pm with Cynthia Dennis. March 27 - May 8
  • Yoga Flow - Tuesdays @ 6:45 am with Cynthia Dennis. March 28 - May 2
  • Circuit Fit - Tuesdays @ 4:30 pm with Maria Campbell. March 28 - May 2.
  • PiYo - Tuesdays @ 12:05 pm with Bernadette Currie. March 28 - May 2
  • Kettlebell Circuit - Wednesdays @ 7:00 am with Wendy Chappell. March 29 - May 3.
  • PiYo - Thursdays @ 12:05 pm with Berndette Currie. April 6 - May 11
  • Hatha Yoga - Thursdays @ 4:30 pm with Cynthia Dennis. March 30 - May 4

2. Cycle n' Strengthen class with Bernadette Currie. Wednesdays @ 4:30 pm. March 29 - April 26. Fees: members $51 + hst/person, non-members $60 + hst/person. Register with payment at Panther Central desk prior to start date of class.

3. Small Group Training with Kris Lutwick. Group of six, for 6 sessions. Monday/Wednesday 4:45 pm - 5:30 pm. March 27 - April 12. Fees: members $64.50 + hst/person, non-members $69.50 + hst/person.
