Warren Spires from CNIB will be on campus Thursday, October 6 to offer an Eye Safety Workshop for UPEI students. This 45-minute presentation employs a combination of real-life stories, powerful visuals and OHS best practices. The Eye Safety Program Workshop connects with the audience on a level that makes them consider the personal cost of eye injury while motivating them to be diligent about wearing appropriate eye protection and following workshop safety protocols. Participants will come away compelled to take action to protect their eyes at work, school, home, and play.

We ask that you provide any students who you feel would benefit from this workshop with information on this session and encourage them to attend.
