Also, meditation is a scientific investigation of oneself and the world. The habit of our mind is generally wandering in the past or the future. As a result, we often become worried and frustrated about life. Therefore, people are unable to enjoy the beauty of life right now. What is the method of being at the present moment which enable us to makes happiness and peace. Bhante Jinananda, a well known Buddhist educator, is a resident Buddhist Monk from the Ottawa Hilda Jayewardenaramaya Buddhist Monastery and meditation centre. Bhante J has been in North America for nearly eight years and has been a qualified meditation master for decades in Theravada Buddhist tradition.
