| Description: | Granted to students who have a history of academic achievement and are in financial need at the Atlantic Veterinary College (AVC). These scholarships are intended to assist with tuition needs of the successful recipients. |
| Background: | Mary Warren, beloved wife of Roger W. Warren for 52 years, was born in Scotland in 1938 and passed away on Friday, November 30, 2018 at her home in Toronto. Mary was not enamored with her first name, and at some point during her youth her family and close friends (and later on her beloved husband, Roger) began referring to her as Myra, which she preferred. She was an animal lover and a generous philanthropist. These scholarships are named in her memory. |
