Write a missed exam

Under exceptional circumstances (severe illness, jury duty, personal or family tragedy) students may request a “special examination” outside of the final examination period. Students must make application to the Registrar within 48 hours following a missed examination.

Before you begin: 

Special (final) examinations may be requested by students who experience severe illness, jury duty, or personal or family tragedy. Application must be made to the Registrar within 48 hours following a missed examination, and appropriate documentation must be submitted with the application. The Registrar will consult with the Dean on receipt of any such application and will communicate the decision to the student.
