It was recommended by Accreditation Canada that the UPEI Health Centre receive Accreditation Canada's Primer Award and proceed to accreditation with Qmentum in December 2024.

CHANGE Program for Metabolic Syndrome

For people with or at risk of Metabolic Syndrome living with 2 or more of the following: pre-diabetes/diabetes, high blood pressure, abdominal obesity, high triglycerides, low HDL cholesterol. New sessions starting soon.
