Register for professional development courses

UPEI offers a range of professional development courses in the areas of management/supervisory development, conflict resolution, communication and leadership development.

Before you begin: 

Browse our course calendar, select a course of interest to you and read the full course description to confirm that it meets your needs.

Payment for courses is required prior to the start date. Once registered, you will receive a UPEI ID number (if you don’t already have one) that will be used in the payment process. You can request an invoice or pay via online/telephone banking, by contacting the UPEI Accounting Office or by cheque. Specific instructions will be included in your registration confirmation email.

UPEI reserves the right to cancel courses due to low enrolment or various other circumstances. If a cancellation is to occur, every effort will be made to give adequate notice to enrolled participants. The fee for the cancelled course will be credited to the students account to be used toward their next course. Refunds are not issued automatically, as many students prefer to transfer. If you would like a refund, please contact us.

After you complete these steps: 

You will receive an email confirming your registration within one business day.

Course costs vary depending on the length of the course; courses typically run from 8:30 am - 4:30 pm on the UPEI campus.
