IT Systems and Services
ITSS (Information Technology Shared Services) supports the UPEI community by providing and maintaining the technology required for teaching, learning, research, and administrative work. This includes help desk support, account and access management, classroom and audio-visual services, computer and software provisioning, and the operation of campus networks and systems. ITSS also works with departments across campus to deliver new technology solutions and improve existing services.
