The Comptroller's Office would like to announce that we have revised the templates for our "Fee For Service Contracts" (agreements with UPEI where a business, individual or agency agrees to provide a service in return for monetary compensation). There are now five (5) templates available for use, namely: 1) Standard 2) Standard - International 3) Minimal Risk 4) Minimal Risk - International, and 5) Complex Most people will be using the "Standard" template, and the main difference between it and previous templates is that a determination on insurance requirements will now be necessary, as well as requiring proof of the company's/individual's General Liability Insurance. Step-by-Step instructions for completing the templates are available on our Fee For Service contract webpage located at: http://www.upei.ca/finance/comptroller/contracts/fee-service-contracts If you have any questions about the revised process, please contact the Comptroller's Office at (902) 566-0474.
