Dr Stacey MacKinnon is seeking applications for a full-time research assistant to help her create/write an open education resource inquiry studies student handbook.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Conducting literature searches 
  • Summarizing findings 
  • Writing (formal and informal) 
  • Online design layout & sourcing visuals 

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Student enrolled in a program at UPEI with at least third year standing in any faculty 
  • Excellent literature search and writing skills
  • Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
  • Reliability, dependability, and the ability to work independently 
  • Preference will be given to candidates who have successfully completed UPEI 1020 Inquiry Studies (any professor) and/or PSYC 2420 (with Dr. MacKinnon)

Priority will be given to University of Prince Edward Island students in accordance with Recruitment, Selection, Hiring and Employment Policies and the Procedures manual.
