Applications are invited from graduate students with a BSc in Kinesiology, who are interested in assisting in KINE 4810 (Analysis of Human Movement) laboratories.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Include laboratory setup, demonstrations, supporting students while in the laboratory, and other duties as required

  • The successful applicants will be required to participate at a minimum, in a weekly lab (up to 4-hours) for the duration of the Fall Semester
  • Student assistants will be expected to begin their lab shift 15-minutes prior to the start of each lab, and remain 15-minutes after completion

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Must be enrolled in a graduate program at UPEI
  • Applicants have completed KINE 4810 (Analysis of Human Movement) with high academic standing (minimum 75%) and have excelled in the laboratory component. The student must possess good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Previous experience as a Teaching Assistant in a laboratory setting will be considered an asset
