The Department of Music is looking for up to three Student Assistants to work as Stage Managers.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

To assist with the management of recitals given in the Dr. Steel Recital Hall and Performing Arts Centre.

Duties will include:

  • Moving equipment
  • Operating the house lights and stage lights
  • Preparing the hall and the stage for performances
  • Assisting performers as a stagehand during performances
  • Page turning for accompanists
  • Closing the hall after performances

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Students must be music majors
  • Preference will be given to senior students

Priority to University of Prince Edward Island students in accordance with Recruitment, Selection, Hiring and Employment, Policies and Procedures Manual.
