As part of Health and Fitness Week 2017 Mindfulness Through Yoga with Dianne Birt is a one hour session you will learn aspects of mindful/meditative yoga you can do in your work space (including relaxation breathing) to be more present in the Now. Discover tips and tools you can take with you anywhere - like yoga "to go!" No mat required for this session - just an open mind.

Free to attend but pre-registration is required. Please email otheriault@upei.ca with your campus ID number to register - only 25 spots available.
