As part of Health and Fitness Week 2017 Laughter Yoga will be led by certified instructor Anne-Marie Rolfe, laughter yoga is a unique activity where anyone can laugh for no reason. Did you know that your body can’t tell the difference between fake and real laughter? It combines laughter exercises with yoga breathing, energizing our body and brain.
