Cycle Fit: Health and Fitness Week

As part of Health and Fitness Week 2017 Cycle Fit is an indoor cycling class is a cardio challenge using various speeds and resistance levels, sprint drills and more! This class is great for beginners to advanced participants because participants set their own resistance levels. Bernadette Currie will lead the class. Please email with your campus ID number to register. Only 15 spots available.
