Update from ITSS on issues with downloading attachments from Outlook on the web

Current status update from Microsoft: A fix to the issue is expected to be in place by Friday, April 12. 

During a recent update from Microsoft, there was a code configuration issue that is causing issues with downloading and viewing attachments from Outlook on the web.   

If you are experiencing this issue, we recommend that you sign out and back into Outlook to temporarily mitigate the impact. Please note that you may have to do this more than once if the problem recurs, and you will have to complete a multifactor authorization (MFA) check, so remember to have your authentication device nearby. 

This issue is affecting many other organizations, not just UPEI.
