The Faculty of Nursing, University of Prince Edward Island, is now accepting applications for a permanent part-time Clinical Nursing Instructor position. The instructor will provide direct clinical supervision to undergraduate students in primary healthcare, community, policy and hospital settings (as required). This appointment is subject to final budgetary approval.

Qualifications:

BScN or BN, current registration or eligibility for registration with CRNPEI and at least 3 years of full-time clinical experience. Expertise in adult nursing required. Previous experience in clinical supervision of students would be an asset.

Term: August 25, 2018 to April 25, 2019

Fall 2018: NURS 4010 – Nursing and Population Health
3 days per week (Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday) with 22.5 hours per week

Winter 2019: NURS 4020 – Integrated Clinical Experience II
3 days per week (Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday) with 22.5 hours per week
