The Registrar's Office is seeking applications from qualified individuals to provide administrative support to the Registrar’s Office.  Reporting to the Coordinator, Academic Records and Curriculum Support, the incumbent will assist with the collection and organization of current student and applicant data. 

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Provide general administrative support to Academic Records within the Registrar’s Office
• Coordinate and process incoming documents for scanning, digitizing, uploading to the student information system, and maintaining electronic storage of such documents
• Maintenance of the Academic Records filing system including ongoing management of physical files, conversion to digital and destruction schedules
• Processing transcript requests
• Work collaboratively with all staff in the Registrar’s Office to ensure consistent workflow of document management
• Performing other duties as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Grade 12 graduation plus successful completion of a recognized post-secondary program in a related area, plus relevant work experience is required
• Ability to work in a team environment, as well as independently with minimal supervision
• Ability to establish priorities, multi-task and work under pressure to deliver exceptional service
• Attention to detail and system savvy. Experience in the use of Recruit and Colleague program software would be an asset
• Experience with document process and systems would be an asset
• Adherence to confidentiality requirements
