The Royal is currently seeking Social Workers. The Social Worker will possess sound knowledge of clinical social work in the area of mental health and addiction issues.   
   
Responsibilities include the provision of professional social work services and interventions, including individual, family and group therapy and interventions, psychosocial assessments, risk assessments and management, crisis intervention and discharge planning, to clients with severe and persistent mental illness.  In doing so the Social Worker will develop and implement creative treatment, recovery and therapy plans, and support services and programs responsive to clients’ needs.
