We will have a water shutdown of K.C.Irving Chemistry Centre on Tuesday, July 23 from 5:00–11:00 am. We also ask that nothing gets poured down the drains in the labs during this time. This shutdown is necessary to do some tie-ins for the new lab currently under construction. Please ensure that everyone in your department gets this notice. Please consider taking precautions based on the level of hazards in your specific area (e.g. using Bunsen burners/chemicals in labs, welding, etc.) where activities may increase the need to use sprinkler systems or safety eyewash/shower stations. Washrooms are available in the Robertson Library, Duffy Science Centre, or Andrew Hall. Sorry for any inconvenience this may cause.
