Beginner/Intermediate Spin Class - June 2 - 18

By combining a variety of challenging rides, from sprints, intervals, hills and more, this great cardiovascular workout also strengthens and tones your leg muscles. You can work at your own pace since you control the tension/resistance on your bike. Tuesday & Thursday group - 12:05 pm - 12:55 pm. Fitness Instructor - Doris Ward. Location: Panther Fitness Studio at UPEI Sports Centre Registration for specialty fitness programs is required; please register by contacting Panther Central at 902-566-0368 or drop by the Chi-Wan Young Sports Centre. Space is limited. 6-session programs - Members $51 + hst. Non-members$60 + hst per program.
