Healthy Eating and Physical Activity to Reduce Stress - Stress management seminar for staff and faculty! Wednesday, November 12, 12:05-12:30 pm; followed by “Walk Your Stress Away” on the Sports Centre track, and Blood Pressure station! Light snacks provided—Feel free to bring your lunch! Need a break from your busy work day? A nursing student has created a “Relaxation Room” for staff and faculty in Main Room, Chaplaincy Centre, Friday, November 14, from 12:00-2:00 pm. Yoga mats and soothing music provided.
