UPEI Concert Choir and guests in performance - November 29

The annual Fall UPEI Choral Concert takes place at the Dr. Steel Recital Hall on Saturday November 29 at 7:30 pm. Under the direction of Professor Sung Ha Shin-Bouey, the Concert Choir and soloists from the UPEI Vocal Program will present Mozart’s “Coronation Mass,” works by Palestrina and Eric Whitacre, as well as contemporary folk and jazz pieces. Soloists include sopranos: Rebecca Apps and Lindsay Gillis; altos: Hannah Rollwage and Olivia Barnes; tenors: William Millington and Cody Collins; and basses: Travis Boudreau and Parker Clements. Special guests for the evening will be Le Ragazze and I Ragazzi Jrs vocal ensembles, also under the direction of Professor Shin-Bouey. Tickets are $10 general admission, and $5 for students, and are available at the door, online at www.upeirecitals9.bpt.me or in advance by calling (902) 566‐0507.
