UPEI Athletics and Recreation has a number of fitness programming including dance fitness, senior fitness, stroller fitness, bootcamp, women on weights, and ultimate circuit starting up soon. Our popular cycle, TRX, and speed training programs will start up in May as well. More details on these classes can be found here: http://ar.upei.ca/recreation/fitness/fitness-programming We also have to announce a number of recreational programming beginning in May: Co-ed Soccer - Sundays 4-6 pm, May 11 - August 31 Co-ed Ultimate Frisbee - Sundays 6-8 pm, May 11 - August 31 Co-ed Dodgeball - Sundays 6-8 pm, May 18 - August 31 Co-ed Basketball - Mondays 7-9 pm, May 19 - August 25 Co-ed Badminton - Wednesdays 7-9 pm, May 14 - August 27 These recreational sport programs are FREE for Sports Centre members. For non-members the cost is $20 per sport (May - August) or $5 drop in. For those new to the Fitness Centre, and wondering how to properly use the equipment, Kris Lutwick, UPEI Personal Trainer will be leading a session on Saturday, April 26 at 1:00 pm.
