Bootcamp Classes Starting This Week

Starting on Thursday, August 15 from 6:30-7:15 am, fitness instructor Tracey Gairns-Brioux will lead this class and bring a sweat to your brow! Exerices using your own body weight are designed to challenge your aerobically and increase your muscle tone. We'll also use TRX suspension training while on the track. The cost of the program is $50 for Chi-Wan Young Sports Centre members, $60 for non-members plus HST for the six classes.
