International Development Week (IDW): Brown Bag Lunch Series—February 2-6

Posting Date(s)
The 2015 theme of this year’s IDW week is “We Make a Difference.” Join the campus community in learning about how UPEI students, staff, and faculty make a difference through their work and studies, and how you can make a difference abroad or in your community. UPEI students Jayoda Tennekone, and Rhyanne Beatty will host the second set of presentations in the Brown Bag Lunch Series, on Tuesday, February 3 at 11:30 am in the Faculty Lounge, SDU Main Building. Jayoda Tennekone's presentation is titled "Improving International Relations in Your Own Community: Learning From the Diverse People Around you," and will be followed by Rhyanne Beatty's presentation titled “How to make a difference through the study of languages.” Light refreshments will be provided, and a door prize will be given out to one lucky attendee!
