Application deadlines are posted throughout the year. Applications are to be submitted to the Co-operative education office and must contain:

1. A completed Science Co-op Application Form.
2. Current transcript or degree audit. Students must be full-time students and meet the minimum academic average for their respective programs.
3. Current résumé, including references.
4. Statement of interest. 

As with all Co-operative education programs, there are fees involved. Students are responsible for paying an admission fee upon acceptance, and regular academic course fees. Please refer to the UPEI website fee schedule.
