Project Delivery Principles

Traditional project management primarily focused on the balance of constraints: scope, cost and schedule. While we still need a solid understanding of such basics, project management has become more complex, reflected in the new focus on delivery principles shown version seven of PMI’s Guide to the Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBOK® Guide v7).

This course focuses on project delivery principles as defined in the new PMBOK® Guide, including having a value focus, tailoring, complexity, agility, sustainability, stewardship, holistic thinking, adaptability and resilience. The course will also cover PMI’s shift from process groups to performance domains.
