This position is being funded through the Federal Government's Canada Summer Jobs Program. Eligibility criteria are set by the program.

The Office of Research Services is seeking a Quality Student Assistant will be responsible to prepare reports and metrics related to quality within the data repository for UPEI Research Services under the direction of the Manager of Research Services.    

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Assist in creating quality reports in the areas of Grants and Contracts
  • Document the report generation to permit ongoing usage
  • Action the reports in collaboration with the Research Services Team
  • Review files that are pending to assess and update status
  • Ensure active files are up to data within the database

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Student must be currently enrolled in Post-Secondary education
  • Student should have strong work ethic with attention to fine detail
  • Student must have experience with MS Office Suite
