The incumbent would be working in the Dalton Hall Student Experience Hub/Registrar’s Office.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Front line reception-first point of contact for students and visitors to Dalton Hall
  • Responding to student/customer enquiries in-person, by phone or online
  • Assisting clients at the front counter 
  • Document management, Admissions, Records, Registration and Scholarships & Awards Support
  • Filing
  • Other duties as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Outgoing, friendly personality to provide excellence in customer service/student support
  • Experience with office/administration duties an asset
  • Familiarity with the UPEI registration system
  • Working experience with the myUPEI portal
  • Familiarity with the UPEI Academic Regulations
  • Experience with Google docs, Sheets & Microsoft Word and Excel 
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Priority will be given to University of Prince Edward Island students in accordance with Recruitment, Selection, Hiring and Employment Policies and the Procedures manual.
