Dr. Pamela Bastante is seeking an undergraduate Student Research Assistant to support her SSHRC Explore Research Grant (SERG)-funded research project, entitled "Father Luis Felipe Neri de Alfaro: Founder of the Sanctuary of Jesus of Nazareth in Atotonilco (Mexico)".

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Formatting documents for publication
  • Transcribing manuscripts
  • Data entry
  • Perform other duties as required

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Upper-year UPEI Spanish Major preferred
  • Excellent Spanish communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Highly motivated and responsible
  • The ability to work independently and be well organized

Priority will be given to University of Prince Edward Island students in accordance with Recruitment, Selection, Hiring and Employment Policies and the Procedures manual.
