Administrative Assistant - Office of the President
Commensurate with qualifications and experience
The Office of the President seeks an experienced, highly organized, motivated person with positive attitude and excellent communication skills as Administrative Assistant.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Provide general administrative support to the Office of the President, including financial, personnel, and administrative functions
- Assist in the arrangement of meetings, provide administrative support for meetings and record minutes
- Maintain electronic and paper filing systems
- Maintain a high level of confidentiality and discretion
- Perform other duties as required
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Minimum of two (2) years of specialized post-secondary education/training in a related office studies program
- Minimum three (3) years previous experience in related work and/or a combination of education and related work experience
- Comprehensive knowledge and skills in word processing, electronic information systems, spreadsheet, and database applications
- Demonstrates attention to detail, accuracy, excellent organizational abilities, initiative and discretion
- Ability to communicate effectively orally and in writing
- Demonstrates excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Must be able to work independently and as a member of a team
