Consultations
Are you looking for new ideas to try in your course? Do you have a teaching question or problem to discuss? Would you like feedback on some element of your course design learning activities, assessments or course materials? Your colleagues in the Teaching and Learning Centre can provide various resources and supports to build your knowledge of effective pedagogical practices for teaching in any of our course delivery formats. Our consultations are confidential, non-evaluative, and collaborative.

Curriculum Development, Mapping, Renewal, and Review Services
The Teaching and Learning Centre works in partnership with individual instructors and groups on course design and program development. We offer individual consultations as well as department, faculty, and university-wide workshops which support curriculum mapping and planning activities.
Instructional Design Services
Our instructional designers are available for consultation for the development of new and existing courses using any delivery format – on-site, blended, hybrid, or online. Instructional designers can discuss teaching methods, identify accessibility barriers, debrief courses, organize projects, suggest new ideas, provide support for teaching tools, review your course outlines, co-develop assessments, or facilitate workshops. Instructional designers offer one-on-one consultations, workshops, and can participate in larger meetings upon request.
