Responsibility for the administration and co-ordination of programs
rests with the Director of the Institute.
The Institute has three standing committees: one on public policy,
one on finance, and one on academic relations, and
Island Studies Press has its own board of
directors. Each committee is made up of at least one Advisory Board
member and additional individuals from the community and university.
Each has a staff liaison.
