The Atlantic Summer Institute on Healthy and Safe Communities believes in protecting your privacy. We manage information in accordance with the Freedom of Information and the Protection of Privacy Act.

By providing personal information to us and using our services you agree to the terms of this policy. We welcome your input and suggestions.

Purpose
To provide for the protection and privacy of personal information held by the Atlantic Summer Institute on Healthy and Safe Communities.

This policy applies to all personal information collected for the Atlantic Summer Institute on Healthy and Safe Communities.

This policy falls under the authority of the Institute organizers and held by the Institute administration.

    Records
    “Record” means any document containing personal information, however recorded, whether in manuscripts, printed, filmed, electronic, magnetic or other form.

  • Register participants
  • Perform the evaluation of the Institute
  • Promote the Institute and related events
  • Understand your preference for contact from the Institute (via telephone, written or e-mail correspondence)
  • Provide support services through the list serve, website and newsletter
  • Conduct surveys related to our services

The Atlantic Summer Institute on Healthy and Safe Communities will not sell, rent, share or disclose your personal information to any third parties.

Summarized Data
We may use personal information to generate reports for internal use for reporting purposes.

Like most other websites, the Atlantic Summer Institute website monitors traffic patterns, site usage and related site information.
