DISPLAY BOOTHS
Single space - $235.00 (includes one draped booth with one draped 6' table and one chair)

Double space - $350.00

Electrical Power
Available if requested (two electrical outlets).  Each exhibitor must provide their own power bars and extension cords.

Telephone Line/Internet
Available at an additional cost through Island Tel.  This must be arranged in advance.  Additional information will be sent if requested.  We will initiate the arrangements.  You will be billed directly by Island Tel for this service.

SECURITY
Exhibitors are solely responsible for their own exhibit material and should insure exhibit material against loss or damage.  The exhibits will be located in two sections of the hotel ballroom.  This area will be locked when the exhibits are not open.
SHIPPING AND RECEIVING
If requested, information about shipping and receiving exhibit material to the Conference will be provided. There is a fee for this service which is provided by Global Convention Services.  You will be billed directly by Global.

SPONSORSHIPS
Sponsorship of a refreshment break or lunch provides an excellent opportunity to increase a company's profile during the Conference.  Full and partial sponsorships are welcome.  Your sponsorship will be acknowledged during the Conference and noted in the program.

Possible events to sponsor include the following:

  • Refreshment break - Friday morning, June 1  ($750)
  • Lunch - Friday, June 1  ($2500)
  • Refreshment break - Saturday morning, June 2  ($750)
  • Lunch - Saturday, June 2  ($2500)
DONATIONS, DRAW PRIZES, ETC.
Monetary donations to the Conference are always welcome.  Prizes for draws at the exhibits are popular at any conference and we would be pleased to receive donations of these items.  Pens, writing pads and other interesting and useful promotional items for the delegate registration packages are appreciated as well.
SOCIAL EVENTS
The exhibitor's fee includes the Thursday night Past Presidents' Reception, refreshment breaks and lunches on Friday and Saturday.  There are 2 events for which tickets are required at an additional cost.  The Saturday night banquet features guest speaker, Roch Carrier, National Librarian, followed by a dance/musical entertainment with Celtic Tide; cost for the evening is $38.  A ticket for the traditional Sunday morning brunch costs $15.
REFUNDS
In case of cancellation an exhibitor must notify the exhibits coordinator two (2) weeks prior to the date of the Conference in order to obtain a refund.  A $25 administrative fee will be charged.  After that date no refunds will be issued.
