A Registration Fee of $995 CDN includes instructional material, continental breakfast, Monday evening reception, lunches, closing banquet, and nutrition breaks. Payable to UPEI in Canadian funds.

To hold your place, please complete the registration form and contact the UPEI Accounting office at 902-566-0316 or jlallen@upei.ca to make your $100 CDN non-refundable deposit. The remaining $895 must be paid by June 1, 2012. Register early as enrollment is limited to 30. Cancellations after July 1, 2012 will be subject to an administrative fee of $100.
