Application

The Comptroller's Office is responsible for the process required to issue a UPEI US Bank Visa credit card.  To obtain a credit card, please see the University's Corporate Credit Card policy, which contains an "Application Form" at:

 Please complete the Application Form and forward it to the Comptroller's Office. 

Administration
