The University has registered the University names and symbols with the Registrar of Trademarks and, as such, any re-production of same, other than through the University Purchasing Department or Bookstore, must have prior approval and royalties paid to the University. The University strictly controls use of its trademarks and unauthorized use is prohibited.

In order to ensure proper recording of prior authorizations and a systematic follow-up for royalties, the University requires the use of the authorization form. The form must be duly approved and signed by the Comptroller, Phil Hooper; the Bookstore Manager, Kevin Rogers; or Bookstore Assistant Bea Hartinger prior to placing an order.
