Award Criteria: Awarded annually to a returning student enrolled in a public service profession (Nursing, Education, Food and Nutritional Science, Radiography, and/or Police Sciences). The recipient will have a commendable academic record and should not be receiving another major award. In the event of two equally merited candidates, financial need will be used to determine the recipient.
