| Background: | Yousef Hashmi, UPEI Class of '85, created the Yousef Hashmi Awards of Excellence in Business Administration to recognize students studying in the School of Business who excel academically. Yousef Hashmi is an investment executive with ScotiaMcLeod Financial Services in Charlottetown, PEI, and has become well-known in trading circles during his career. Mr. Hashmi is also distinguished in the emerging field of Technical Analysis and is user and proponent of technical analysis in his work as an investor and providing professional financial services. Yousef also reports on CBC Radio's Daily Market Update. |
